I watched the finale of Skins this past weekend and wasn’t to impressed with it along with the other Skins fans. I think the writers definitely could have ended the series better and what’s up with just showing 8 episodes? Panda didn’t even get her own episode and they tried to cram her into finale along with all the other shiz that was going on. I do like that both Thomas and Panda are going to Harvard, I thought that was humorous. Freddie dying was bull shit and the way he died was strange. It comes out that foster is messing up Effy even more, but we never knew that he intended to kill Freddie and Cook. I am glad that Cook kills his ass or at least I think he does. Skins sucks at not clearing up situations during finales like Sid and Cassie! Anyway, there is supposed to be a movie to clear up everything from gen one and two and I really hope it gets the green light! Oh one thing that didn’t make sense was the fact that neither Effy’s dad nor brother came to check on her. Really? Skins Movie come on!

So far this has been the best episode of the series. I mean it was all about Cook, so they had to do him and the audience justice. It took some time for me to end up liking this character because he is truly fucked up and that’s the nicest way I could put it. With that said, that means Jack O’Connell is doing an excellent job at portraying suck a reckless kid. The only thing I can say about the storyline is wow he’s actually going to jail! What does this mean for Cook’s on-screen appearance the rest of the series? All in all I’m completely impressed the series thus far, and once their done I’m done. I can’t see myself watching a bunch of new kids that have no ties to the originals like Panda and Effy. Oh and my has Effy grown up! She has done a complete 180 from weird kid who didn’t talk to the hottest chick in school wearing mini skirts and leather jackets that gives her the “I’m the shit” look that is so deserving of her character.

Skins Series 4 is back 28.1.10 and I can’t wait! The sad thing is, there are only eight episodes and then that’s it for the rest of the year. There’s a lot of gossip going around that there might be a movie, but no one knows for certain. I would like to Tony come home from college or something this season or maybe the new gang can run into Sketch… just thoughts.

Yeah, I am highly pissed at youtube! All season they let people upload Skins episodes and when the finale gets here, some message pops up saying you can’t view because it’s not in your country. OMFG! From what I’ve seen and read, it wasn’t all that great, but there will be a series 4 coming back January 2010. Where can watch the Skins finale? I need closure!

The City had a really good season, and it’s mostly due to Whitney. When Adam and his girlfriend come onscreen I kindly fast forward. Olivia and her cousin provide excellent entertainment, and I wonder what will become of her now that her antics have been displayed on national television. Oh and if Whitney’s eyes could talk?! That girl does these looks with her eyes that have me going “oh shit.” She doesn’t have to say anything, because her eyes say it all. Anyway, Whitney has always been my fav The Hills girl, because she beautiful and classy. The first couple of seasons we only saw her at work and that’s what I liked about her, the fact that she didn’t put her self out there. Yet, that’s what I like about the show, is that we finally get to see Whitney be Whitney… and I like her. I must add that I am pleased with her decision to let that scuzz Jay go about his wayward way. 

I don’t know how to explain my love for this show, but it is superb on every level. It’s nothing new, but it’s nothing boring either. Did Ellen committ sucide or did she shoot someone behind Patty, or is Patty shot? Like WTF? I cannot figure out what takes place in that one scene that dominates the entire season. It’s truly captivating and I love how they show the corruption in the government and how corruption is a big part of powerful businessmen/women lives. 

I think Brothers & Sisters is the new Dallas! Within the third season, the show has grown up in so many ways. Sally Fields character has drastically changed, the acting has moved up an notch, and the story line is really good. The show is hysterical, full of dram/secrets, and should be acknowledged more as far a praise goes. 

I honestly don’t know why the show left, but it didn’t come back that strong. It was okay and I give it a B. I’m waiting for “The Remains of J” episode, it’s been a long time since Little J had some serious screen time. Oh and it looks like GG is going by the books with everyone hooking up, well that’s what it looks like from the promos; looks like there will be more bed hopping than Melrose Place and Melrose Place 2.0.

Now to the good stuff! The last two episodes of Skins have been nothing complicated awesomeness. I don’t blame Effy, I would have hit that bitch too. I don’t like that she’s been excommunicated and I want to see how she’s going to look at the dance. Speaking of, a dance? It seems out of place, but then again it is a new series and new cast so it fits them, but I don’t think it would have fit Tony and the gang. It looks like that rumor that Effy’s dad is going to die is a lie! His death was suppose to bring her Freddie together, but who knows we still have one more episode right? Pandora punching Cook, “Bonkers”! Katie being a bitch, nothing new and what happened to her trashy footballer boyfriend? It just keep getting better and better.

I love bloody Skins more than ever now! When the third series premiered , I thought that it was going no where. It lacked what the original cast had mastered, complexity. With this cast every thing was on the surface and the viewers didn’t have to delve into the characters souls and see what was really going on. However, I knew there would be potential in Effy and Cook, and I got a surprise by Freddie played by Luke Pasqualino. Episode 5 was genius and Cook is the deivl/ new Tony Stonem. The almost pairing of Freddie and Effy was nice, but her cooch belongs to Cook. 

The final scene is nothing new on teen dramas, but it got me. I was like why is Effy’s mom being a bitch? Then as Freddie walks away and looks up at the window to find Effy and Cook, I was whoa that’s genius. Anyway, I can’t wait for Effy’s dad to die, so Tony can come back and hopefully we’ll find out if Sid found Cassie.
